hello and thank you for stopping by our website/store. we are curtis and paula bahnsen. both of us born and raised right here in louisiana where you know that food is culmination of tradition and deep flavors. This is broadened by the addition of spiciness! curtis created three special sauces on his journey to add heat to his meal without changing the taste of the food prepared. First, he created Bayou Blend. it was the perfect sauce for me! it has that little kick of heat that goes away quickly and the flavor is so rich. curtis liked it, but needed the heat amped up. marsh fire became that perfect hot sauce that delivers rich flavor with a heat that satisfies hot sauces lovers everywhere. both our taste buds were dancing now! then he thought about the hot sauce consumer that just needed it blazing hot. bayou blaze completes the trio perfectly.
